However their customer support is really slow and even basic problems get escalated to developers or management instead of being handled by support directly, which makes everything take way longer to get resolved.

First time using the site and it was pretty smooth overall. Bought 10 Tour of Duty Tickets with Apple Pay. Got a bit worried when it just sent me back to Homepage with no confirmation after payment. Checked my bank account and saw the payment went through, then refreshed and saw my transaction appeared on their end with items ready. They split the items into three different trades but all were delivered almost immediately when I clicked withdraw.

The items have good prices compared to other marketplaces but having a $5 minimum deposit kinda defeats the point when you're looking for budget items. Navigation could be better - searching multiple items at once is tricky and it's weird how the sorting options are buried at the bottom of the tags. Pretty straightforward otherwise though and delivery is super quick.
