Writing Quality Guidelines

Your review should reflect your direct, personal experience with the service. Be truthful and accurate in your descriptions, focus on recent experiences, and provide enough detail to help others understand the service quality.

When discussing staff interactions, focus on professional conduct and service quality. Describe interactions factually and avoid personal attacks. Use job titles rather than personal names when referencing staff members.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Promotional material or advertisements
  • Spam or repetitive content
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Profanity or offensive language
  • Threats or harassment
  • Private information about others

Verification Process

We may need to verify reviews in these situations:

  • The site disputes your experience
  • Your review contains serious allegations
  • We detect unusual patterns
  • The review seems inconsistent

Keep these items available for verification if needed:

  • Transaction records (with sensitive details removed)
  • Screenshots of interactions
  • Platform correspondence

Moderation Process
