Customer service has been great overall. My only gripe is that every single time I order, it won't process unless I reach out to support about the authenticator app thing—even though I've already turned it off on my end. Kind of annoying having to go through that extra step every time, but at least support sorts it out quickly when I message them.
Ppkrit in the chat helped me out super fast and was really helpful. Made everything EASY. Oh and TED also helped me with another order - big thumbs up to him too 👍🏻👍🏻

You can cancel for a full refund any time before delivery, and get nothing after it. The policy states that a buyer can ask for a refund before the order is completed without any condition, that a full refund is due when an order could not be completed within 72 hours, and that no refund is given once an order is completed.
