Your money at DamnModz

Read from the site's own pages and terms. Where a site publishes nothing, we say so.

What is DamnModz’s refund policy?

DamnModz refunds you in full if you cancel before they get going on your order. Getting going means they have set up your lobby, made your account login, or sent you a key. From then on you can't cancel anymore, and the only way to get money back is the Money-Back Guarantee.

To use it, you first have to complete their quick troubleshooting steps. If you have supplied what they asked for and finished troubleshooting and it still doesn't work, or DamnModz can't deliver, they'll either refund you or send a free replacement.
