HaxholmWeb runs TrustPlay.gg and is responsible for your data. The company is registered in Denmark under VAT number DK38713140, at Doktorens Gyde 2, 1.1, 9000 Aalborg. You can reach us at contact@trustplay.gg.

You sign in with Steam or Google, so we never see a password. From Steam we get your Steam ID, your display name and your avatar. From Google we get your email address, your name and your profile picture. Your profile also gets a random 8-digit number, which is what its web address uses.

Reviews are public. Each one shows your display name and avatar next to the text, the rating and the date. If you edit a review, we keep the earlier version so a moderator can see what changed. If you report someone else's review, the report is stored with your account so we can follow it up.

Yes. We send the text of published reviews to Anthropic's Claude. It sorts them by topic, such as delivery or refunds, and writes the short summary at the top of a site's page. Only the review's text, rating and date go to Anthropic, never your name or your account. Anthropic handles it for us and does not train its models on it.

Two, and only once you sign in. One keeps you signed in for 30 days. The other holds your display name and avatar so the header can show who is signed in. While you sign in, a third cookie lives for ten minutes to protect the login. If you start a review before signing in, the draft waits in your browser until you come back. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

We count the pages people read, where a visit came from (a search engine, another site, or nowhere), clicks on the links to the sites we list, searches, the filters used on our lists, and when a review is started or sent. We also note the country and whether it was a phone, tablet or computer. We do this to see which pages help people and which sites they go on to.

No cookie is used for this, and we do not store your IP address or your browser details. To tell one visit from another we keep a short code made from them with a key that changes every day. The key is deleted after a day, so the code cannot be traced back to you and your visits on different days cannot be linked. Visits by our own staff are not counted.

Ahrefs Web Analytics counts visits for us too, also without cookies, so we can check our numbers and see where visitors come from.

When you ask to have your site listed, we keep the email address, the plan and the note you send, so we can answer you and set up the listing. When you ask about advertising, we keep your name, email address, site, the lists you ask about, your budget and your message, so we can answer you. Both kinds of request are also sent to us by email through Resend, our mail provider.

Reviews, display names and avatars are public on TrustPlay. Behind the scenes, Vercel hosts the site and its files, Neon runs the database, Anthropic reads review text as described above, Ahrefs counts visits, and Resend delivers the requests site owners send us. Steam and Google only take part at the moment you sign in. They all work on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your account and your reviews are what you signed up for, so we keep them to provide the service. We keep reports, earlier versions of reviews and visit counts because we have a legitimate interest in running the site and keeping reviews honest. A listing request or an advertising enquiry is kept because you asked us to answer it.

Your account and reviews stay until you ask us to delete them, and deleting your account deletes your reviews with it. Visit counts hold nothing that points to you, so we keep them.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email contact@trustplay.gg and we answer within one month. You can delete a single review yourself from your settings page. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.

No. TrustPlay is for people aged 16 and over. If a child has made an account, tell us and we will delete it.
