Absolutely terrible experience with PlayerAuctions. Out of nowhere my account got locked and i had no idea why, zero explanation given. On top of that i couldnt even finish the verification process which made the whole thing even more annoying. Their customer support is way too slow and honestly the entire verification system is a mess that seriously needs to be fixed.

What is PlayerAuctions’s refund policy?

Buyers can file a dispute while an order is waiting for their confirmation or inspection. For account orders, if the seller offers it, buyers can also file a dispute during the 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day after-sale protection period. Sellers must respond to disputes within 3 days. If the refund amount is changed, sellers must respond within 7 days. After that, buyers can either accept the settlement offer or escalate the dispute to the PlayerAuctions team. Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, but may take up to 5 business days.

What does it cost to sell?

Sellers pay a fee of $0.99 per completed order, in addition to the standard commission. The commission for currency, items, and boosts is 9.99%. The top-up fee is 4.99%, and the account sales fee is 12.99%. For 23 designated games, including Fortnite, Minecraft, EA FC, Warframe, Overwatch, and Clash of Clans, the account sales fee is 17.99%. For OSRS and RS3 gold, a 4.99% fee applies until September 21, 2026. Registration and listing are free.

How do withdrawals work at PlayerAuctions?

Minimum withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount varies by method. It is $35 for local bank transfers, $50 for Payoneer, $100 for wire transfers, and $2,000 for cryptocurrency. There are no published minimum withdrawal amounts for PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, or PayDo.

Withdrawal fee

On PlayerAuctions, disbursement fees are deducted from each order before a withdrawal is made. For PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, and PayDo, the fee is 4% plus $0.50 per order. For Payoneer and cryptocurrency, the fee is 3% per order, and a $5 network fee applies to the first cryptocurrency withdrawal.
