Safe payouts BUT the fees are ridiculous. Sold something for 200 bucks. After their service fees I was down to 175 dollars... Then wanted to cash out and got hit with another 20 dollar withdrawal fee. And when it finally hit my bank account, my bank took another 10 dollars. Lost over 50 dollars just on fees! That's just insane. Plus had to wait a whole week before I could even withdraw my money...
