I used to have good experiences with them before, but this time around they really dropped the ball on my Monopoly Go partner event order. I bought 4 slots and they managed to complete only 3 of them. The 4th one got done halfway and then whoever was playing just quit. When I reached out to customer service, all I got back were automated responses telling me to accept a partner that I'd already accepted. Seems like they're overwhelmed with too many orders or something.

What is IGGM’s refund policy?
IGGM writes its refund policy as two lists, when you get money back and when you do not. For currency and items, a refund is due when nothing was delivered within the guaranteed timeframe, when only part was delivered, covering the undelivered portion, when what arrived does not match the description, or when a technical failure stopped delivery. It is refused when the guaranteed time has not yet run out, when the order was delivered as described, when you gave wrong information such as a character name or server, when trading instructions were not followed, when the goods have been used or passed on, or when the account was banned over real-money-trading risk.
For boosting, refunds cover non-delivery, staff removing valuable items, staff changing your account's security settings, and save data lost through IGGM's error. They are refused if you logged in during the service, used cheats, or had prior violations elsewhere. Approved refunds take 1 to 7 business days to appear.
