Good customer service when you're on the site but email support is awful, if you want marvel rivals boosting I'd suggest going somewhere else instead. Had 3 orders that needed refunding because no booster was available. They should either remove marvel rivals as a service or actually get someone who can do it. I dont think they even have a booster for this game. Never got an apology and I had to keep messaging them until I finally got my refund after 3 days of waiting with no one available to help. (reposting since they got my last review removed)

What is GGBoost’s refund policy?
You can receive a refund within 48 hours of your purchase, but only if a booster hasn’t started working on your account yet. You can request this via live chat. Once a booster has been assigned, refunds are no longer possible. If GGBoost fails to complete the order, you’ll receive store credit for the missing portion.
If the season ends before the booster can complete the job, GGBoost will issue a partial refund. Tips given to boosters are non-refundable.
