Read from the site's own pages and terms. Where a site publishes nothing, we say so.

What is Getboost’s refund policy?

You can get a full refund as long as the order is still in "Placed" status, or if the seller fails to deliver the service in time. Once the order is in "In Progress" status, the maximum refund amount you can get is 80%. For services booked and agreed upon with the seller via chat, the limit is 50%.

A refund to your card is processed within 24 hours and may take 1 to 14 business days to appear.

What does it cost to buy on Getboost?

There are no buyer fees. Cashback is credited to your wallet: 3% on your first order and 9% once you spend a total of $1,000. You can use your cashback balance to pay for entire orders.
