Signed up and played for about 24 hours, managed to win some cash and requested a withdrawal. They made me complete KYC verification levels 1 and 2. After I finished all the verification they claimed I had multiple accounts and decided to confiscate my winnings. This is definitely my first and only account with them. When I ask for proof they just refuse to show any evidence. They keep insisting I have two accounts but I know for certain this is my only one. They wont provide any proof, just made up this story about multiple accounts and basically stole my funds.
