500 Casino

Been using 500 Casino for about 2 months now and honestly the bonus buy battles are pretty fun... signed up after seeing it recommended somewhere and the battle feature is what keeps me coming back. Deposits are quick, withdrawals took like 48 hours which was fine. Only issue is sometimes the site gets a bit slow during peak times but nothing major. Would recommend if you're into that sort of thing

Worst customer support ive ever experienced and the most ungratefull management team at any casino. Really dissapointed after all the money and time I spent over the years with such a robotic and ungratefull casino in this industry....

Really great experience playing on their casino site. The hosts are super helpful and friendly. Both deposits and withdrawals work quickly and are reliable too. Great job 500 stuff!

Terrible casino dont trust any positive reviews they are all fake you will never actually win anything and when you finally do win they just take it all back I managed to get one bonus round then they basically stole everything from me worst casino experience ever won around 25 thousand and they immediately locked my account demanding ID verification I sent them everything they asked for but these crooks still refused to pay out my winnings avoid this casino at all costs the winners you see on their site are all bots and fake accounts total scam operation never gambling here again they are complete liars and thieves

I have a massive issue with this casino. I was playing the crash game and I've literally played thousands of rounds. I play big amounts anywhere from 2 to 80 dollar rounds. This time I'm playing 15 dollar rounds and there's no problems whatsoever, no connection issues nothing when all the rounds are crashing at like 1x to 2.5x. Then all of a sudden the next round my bet button gets greyed out and it won't let me bet. The timer showed 6 seconds left to bet when I'm clicking it and it's not letting me bet that one round. Yeah, guess what happens, it crashes at 45x. I'm someone that cashes out high all the time usually 25x +. So I'm under the assumption their system knew that round was coming up and I was betting 15 dollars a round at the time so it didn't let me bet. Cost me 350 dollars minimum. I notified support because I wanted an explanation and they told me it's a connection issue on my end for the round. That's complete crap, I have high speed internet and funny I've never had a connection issue on all the rounds I bet and it crashed at 1 to 2.5x and took all my money, literally thousands of them. The one round I would of cashed over 350 I get a connection issue. Ok, sure so I'm to believe it was just a coincidence it did it on a 45x round, the first one in like 50 rounds. I told support I'm 100% certain it was manipulated and they said it's not possible, but come on that's not a coincidence that's intentional. They can and will control their games, they know the outcomes beforehand and if it's gonna cost them too much they will block your bet from going through. I got nothing in return at all besides support trying to play me for a fool and I know better. I could see maybe it was a connection issue if it had happened before but never in thousands of rounds and just so happens on a high round. No coincidences like that don't just happen, the casino tracks all your playstyle, knew a high round was coming up and I would cash above 25x and it would cost them over 350 dollars so blocked the bet. Shady casino ran by shady people. You can bet only when they want you to and only if it won't cost them. Everything is known to them by their "secret seed" that's not verifiable until the day after its used. Follow up to your answer: umm actually I was the only one playing your crash game at the time and I've never seen in thousands of rounds playing anyone win thousands of dollars on it. It would be very easy for it to know what's coming up since I was the only one. If you aren't trying to cheat me out of my winning then why did it block my bet button for the round with 6 seconds left on the timer and I had full internet connection at the time. I checked all my specs at the exact moment and I was running 850 mb/s with 0 connection interruptions, I said I have very fast internet. Every round I bet before that where it crashed at 1x 12 times in a row never blocked my bet. Not until the round crashed at 45x did it decide and block my bet. You can say whatever you want but this was no coincidence, it was intentional and the fact that nobody has done anything to try and make it somewhat right speaks volumes of how you value your vip players who lose thousands a week in your casino like me. Like i said I've played thousands of rounds of crash and never once have I ever had a connection interruption until i was betting higher and I always cash out at high multipliers. To your other point about the house always knowing the round beforehand, that answers it right there about whether it could block my bet or not. It's obviously yes it knew the round was going to be 45x and I was betting 15 a round and always cash out above 25x, and it absolutely blocked my ability to bet on that round. Funny how right after that my bet button was opened back up and I could bet the very next rounds that all crashed under 1.8x. I was cheated out of a minimum of 350 dollars, you know it, and nobody tried to do anything to make it right even with me being a vip on the site having wagered 100s of thousands this month alone. Let's hope you try and make this right or i Will make as much noise about this issue as humanly possible wherever I can. ID:64562cc3f72067672d506871

Positive: i cashed out around 50k few months back. My overall stats show profit. Negative: This is obvious - once you get ahead at this casino everything just stops working. Support tells you through chat that its normal which i dont believe is true. I usually play around 3 to 4 times through my balance and then the action disappears and i play down to zero every time. If you want to get depressed this is the place. If you want to lose money long term this is your spot. If you like watching streamers promote 500 while playing with money the casino gave them, this is for you. If you like getting hooked on rakeback, rain and leveling systems, this is the place. The level bonuses are terrible though. Other casinos have much better reward programs but the whole industry is the same really. Their deposit bonus program is awful too. Like deposit X money get X spins at X bet - its just bad. The 35X wagering is basically impossible and doesnt even count towards your stats. So if you win 150$ good luck wagering that 35 times (5250$) and its still capped at max cashout which is only 2.5x what you won i think. What i cant understand is that im ahead at this casino but its impossible to break this losing streak that started right after. Slot after slot, session after session i get destroyed. Its so obvious what theyre doing. Support tells you its completely normal but theyre lying about how RTP actually works. I think RTP is based on your total deposits like most other casinos. When people win big theyre just getting some of their own money back. Thats gambling today - pay to play. But most people on 500 are losing overall, thats just facts. 500 opened my eyes to stop playing these curacao casinos. Anyone in my position would feel the same way and probably write something similar.

Signed up and played for about 24 hours, managed to win some cash and requested a withdrawal. They made me complete KYC verification levels 1 and 2. After I finished all the verification they claimed I had multiple accounts and decided to confiscate my winnings. This is definitely my first and only account with them. When I ask for proof they just refuse to show any evidence. They keep insisting I have two accounts but I know for certain this is my only one. They wont provide any proof, just made up this story about multiple accounts and basically stole my funds.

I placed a bet on Dota and during the match my team got connection issues and they were disqualified. Later that evening I bet on another Dota game and same thing happened - one team had connection problems and got disqualified. I contacted them to understand their policy on this. Their response was: "Our provider decided to take a different approach here since the team never took the lead." So basically the outcome depends on someones subjective opinion. Both games should have been voided but instead they base decisions on personal feelings since no one can be truly objective. I recommend using different sites where your bets get voided in these situations.

This casino is great, though I think the rewards program could be improved a little but my overall experience has been excellent. Really like the deposit bonuses, gives you more value and extra opportunities to win which is always nice, deposits and withdrawals get processed super fast too.

Worst customer service and most unappreciative staff plus managers I have ever encountered at any casino.Really dissapointing after all the months of money and time I wasted on such a cold robotic casino operation....So regretful for giving them my business for so long.

This casino is completely rigged, controlled by the owner and his team, you will never win anything here, dont believe their 95% rtp claims its total BS... they are scammers! The owner isnt even a public figure! A casino with Curacao license what a complete joke... try to access their site from germany, holland, UK or US and you'll see they block you. Need more evidence they are fraudsters? Just think about it... I've been playing for 6 years, level 550 vip... and I'm down $2800 all they do is drain your account, thats all!

Stay away from this site completely. Feels like the most rigged betting site i've ever seen. Cant hit any bonus features even if you play small bets. Spinning using the help feature is basically impossible as well. Just eats your money. Csgo500 dont worry i know you'll reply with some crap excuse like you always do then delete my review later :D hope you enjoy the money you scam off people, thieves

Totally rigged website. Betting bots aren't real players. The slot games from their providers are fixed too. Nothing's genuine - even their leaderboard is fake because nobody actually wins those amounts they display. Try checking any of the big winners and surprise - private profiles every single time. Don't waste your money on this scam site. The slots conveniently lag right before giving you a losing spin. Just your typical rigged casino that's programmed to make you lose. No chance of walking away with any profit. Bottom line: once you deposit, consider that money gone :)
