Customer service is terrible.I forgot my username and apparently you cant just use your email to login for some reason. When I contacted support the guy "Ace" basically just said make a new account and that was it.No help trying to recover my original account or anything just told me to start over.Really unhelpful.

I got matched with someone using their main account which felt more reliable since both parties have something to lose if things go wrong. payment went through and shows trade complete but i never received my item.

Got scammed into purchasing something worth around $400 for someone else but oh well, lesson learned. Never trust random people on roblox or really anywhere online.
