paid around $180 for an item, went to accept the trade but it was already gone from their inventory. opened a ticket and waited 3 weeks then they just closed it without refund or explanation. wont be using them again

Customer service is terrible.I forgot my username and apparently you cant just use your email to login for some reason. When I contacted support the guy "Ace" basically just said make a new account and that was it.No help trying to recover my original account or anything just told me to start over.Really unhelpful.
