I ran into some problems with a cashout and had to contact their live support team. I have to say their customer service is really outstanding. The live support team was fantastic and helped me out quickly.

my skins got taken right away when i deposited to card but nothing showed up in my balance i thought maybe i was doing something wrong so i waited like 6 minutes and kept refreshing but still nothing so i had to message support and they told me there was some kind of issue they already took my skins instantly but now i have to wait a full day for refund and its only site credits not real money and im not even sure if their withdraw system actually works properly.

Website is really fast and when I sold my cs item for btc it arrived instantly with no hidden fees which is great. The thing I dont like though is that many of my items cant be sold because they are overstocked :(
