Support is barely there, zero help from customer service ppl
From what I've heard lootbear.com is supposed to deliver what they promise.
But for the last 6 days I've had major problems trying to verify my account and my Steam Trade Link. My account is "frozen" and cant do anything even tho I sent my credit card info, passport and selfie to Lootbear like 4 times already.From support I either got no reply to my tickets or after 3 days just a useless 2 line response with no actual help - something like "When did you send verification? verification usually takes up to 2 business days."Thanks for nothing Lootbear Support that info is posted everywhere and wasnt even what I asked!The support desperately needs improving, gives me anxiety thinking about having $850 worth of skins and not being able to get them back cuz of some error while lootbear support is complete trash.not even gonna mention they charged my card twice in a month and support claims they only see one charge

Site functions okay when everything's running, but the $400 limit is really frustrating and their prices are way above what you'd find on other skin markets. Getting anything worth around $1K would take forever because of this cap. Their verification system is honestly THE WORST I've experienced - other sites get you verified in like 5-10 minutes even with video verification, but here you're stuck waiting 1-4 days for manual review, which is ridiculous. Subscription cost is way too high, though I'll admit their actual service works well when you finally get going. Pretty average overall, unfortunately.
100% scam site. Was legit before with great support, but in past year and half they "lost" my karambit (worth $4000+), only offered store credit that can't be withdrawn or even used to buy anything. Been messaging support every 2 days for 6 months straight. They only reply once per day regardless of when you message. Even if you catch them and respond instantly, they deliberately vanish until next day. Never any real-time support available.
