I've been using SkinSwap multiple times now, mainly for purchases. The website has some technical issues that need fixing - during registration, if I remember correctly, the "privacy policy" and "terms of service" links aren't viewable in new tabs since they redirect back to the registration page - they should be static pages. The "Refund policy" link is also broken when making purchases. I frequently encountered "Authorization pending" status on my orders, which means contacting support so an agent can verify things manually - but if that's needed, why not automatically create a support ticket?! Once you get used to the quirks though, it works well, and now my purchases process immediately and I get the trade offer really fast.

Quick support team and everything seems legit. The giveaways actually work too which is nice :)

I ran into a Paypal payment reversal problem but their team made sure I didn't lose my funds. They processed it using a different payment method instead. Really helpful and quick response!

i win a lot of rust skins from gambling sites and always come here to cash them out most of the time like 95% its really quick and simple i just use my paypal and got the money in about 3 minutes or so

I tested them first with a $2 skin using paypal to check if they were real and they paid me right away after I sent the trade so I tried again with my gloves. instantly the payment failed and wouldn't process. feels really sketchy and I'll update this review when they actually send my payment because I really need the cash. hoping its not a scam but this is looking pretty bad

Had some problems trading my skins but the skinswap staff was really helpful through the whole process. Took almost 2 weeks to fix but they kept trying different things until we figured out what was causing the issue. Really appreciate how patient and helpful the skinswap support team was. Thanks guys

Refund policy link broken at checkout. "Pending authorization" happens often, needs support to check but doesn't auto-create ticket (should do this). Gets better once you're used to it tho, purchases now process instantly with quick trade offers.
