Great marketplace for skins, had a small issue with a transaction but support team was really helpful and sorted it out quickly. Very polite responses too which was nice. Only minor complaint is the fees could be a bit lower but overall good experience

What is SkinBaron’s refund policy?

All sales on SkinBaron are final once the skin has been delivered. EU buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but it ends when the skin is delivered. Refunds go back to the same payment method within 14 days.

SkinBaron charges €10 a month from your balance after 365 days without activity.

What does it cost to buy on SkinBaron?

Buyers pay a 5% fee plus €0.35 when paying by card, PayPal, or another payment method. Otherwise, there are no buyer fees. Paying with your SkinBaron balance is free, and so is topping it up by bank transfer.

What does it cost to sell?

Seller fees depend on the value of the skin. The standard sales fee is 15%. Skins worth €999 or more have a 2% fee. Private offers cost half of that.

How do withdrawals work at SkinBaron?

Withdrawals by bank transfer are free of charge. Your own bank may charge a fee for receiving the money.
