yo so i tried withdrawing my 6 bucks to case.gg and it wont let me even tho i already did the kyc verification and some support person tells me "you clear crypto" like what does that even mean?? and now they gonna ban me apparently
Support helped me sort out my problem really fast, no hassle at all
Got a response in less than 2 minutes even though it was like 2am east coast time. They sent screenshots and gave me step by step instructions on how to resolve my missing item issue.
Got banned overnight but support sorted it out and got me unbanned. Think maybe a warning first would be better for cases like mine rather than straight to ban. The support team was excellent though, automated system could use some work. Jake did an awesome job walking me through how to prevent this happening again. Thanks, Atlas
Site had a glitch when trying to withdraw my $15 skin and support has been useless. contacted them multiple times but never got my skin or my balance restored
