What TrustPlay players say

Most reviewers received their orders quickly, often within minutes and up to an hour, and found support friendly and helpful. A few had problems with what they ordered, such as an item missing from stock or a lower-level account than they paid for. One reviewer's small order was held pending ID verification.

dont waste your time or money on RPGStash.com seriously!! ordered something for like 5 bucks, literally just a tiny order, and these people had the nerve to demand my personal ID and all kinds of sensitive private info before they would even think about sending me what i paid for. they basically hold your stuff hostage unless you hand over your personal information, its insane. a $5 order and they want me to verify my whole identity?? absolutely not. stay far away from this site, they take your money first and then hit you with these ridiculous demands after the fact

honestly shade was amazing!! super patient with me cuz i literally know nothing about how roblox works lol. they walked me through the whole trade process step by step and didn't make me feel dumb about it. also they have verification stuff set up which is good so kids cant just use their parents cards without permission. the whole thing took like an hour and we got everything we ordered. definitely using RPGStash.com again, really helpful and efficient service!

Your money at RPGStash

Read from the site's own pages and terms. Where a site publishes nothing, we say so.

What is RPGStash’s refund policy?

You get a refund in two cases and lose the money in two others, and an undefined phrase decides which side you land on. Refunds are due when RPGStash fails to deliver within a reasonable time, and when it cannot verify your payment within three days of purchase. Refunds are refused on delivered orders and on orders you did not collect within a reasonable time, so a buyer who never turns up to receive the goods loses the money.

What counts as a reasonable time is defined nowhere, and the same phrase decides both whether the seller failed to deliver and whether you failed to collect. There is no change-of-mind route and no dispute procedure. An approved refund can take up to five business days to appear.

About RPGStash

RPGStash is a shop selling from its own stock, game currency, items, accounts and game keys, with RuneScape at the heart of the catalogue. Selling to them runs the other way, through a page quoting prices for Old School and RS3 gold rather than a commission. There is no marketplace of sellers and no wallet, you pay at checkout and the goods are delivered to your character or account.
