Super fast and simple process! LugerGG is honestly a great place to buy MM2 items, everything happens instantly. I ordered something that ended up being out of stock after I placed my order, but they restocked it and got it to me in less than 12 hours! Definitely recommend 10/10!

What is Luger GG’s refund policy?
A 24-hour delivery guarantee, with conditions that are spelled out rather than implied. If an item has not arrived within 24 hours the buyer has the next seven days to ask for a refund, and must have tried the automated delivery system at least twice first. Anything already claimed is final, because delivery is automated. Approved refunds take three to five business days. EU buyers are told separately that they keep the statutory right to withdraw where an order is unfulfilled or the items are unclaimed after 14 hours.
