What is LootBar’s refund policy?

Purchases are final, with one exception. An order paid in full and then not delivered, or delivered only in part, can be refunded. A wrong or mistaken top-up purchase is explicitly excluded. Where a refund is due it can take up to 14 days depending on the payment method.

What does it cost to buy on LootBar?

None charged by LootBar. The terms put the fee on the seller and say expressly that the buyer is not charged, and direct recharge carries nothing beyond payment processing. How do withdrawals work at LootBar?

Minimum withdrawal

It depends on the channel, from $12 to $50. Payoneer bank card withdrawals start between $12 and $35 depending on the card, and Airwallex bank transfer and Payoneer e-wallet are both $50. LootBar directs you to the withdrawal page for the exact figure. KYC is required before any withdrawal, triggered by activity thresholds the site does not publish.

Withdrawal fee

1% plus a fixed fee on every route. Payoneer e-wallet is 1% plus $1 with a $2 minimum per transaction. Payoneer bank transfer is 1% plus roughly $3 for a local transfer and $15 for SWIFT. Airwallex is 1% plus roughly $2.50 local and $8 SWIFT. Receiving banks may add their own charges, currency conversion happens at the bank's live rate with further fees possible, and a failed withdrawal request costs nothing.
