What is Kaleoz’s refund policy?

All products sold on KALEOZ are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. KALEOZ will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, such as when a product differs from its description. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product. Orders that are not escalated within 72 hours will not be refunded. Refunds cannot be issued after the product has been confirmed as received. Refunds to credit cards or bank accounts may take up to 14 days, and the handling fee is kept once the order has passed verification.

Payment processing fees apply to orders on KALEOZ. These fees are a percentage of the order total, and a fixed fee may be added for certain payment methods. Fee rates vary by country and payment method and are displayed under each payment option at checkout. No payment processing fees apply when paying with your KALEOZ balance. What does it cost to sell?

KALEOZ charges a 5% sales fee on each item sold. This fee rate is uniform across all 15 seller levels, ranging from Newbie Seller to Titan Power Seller. Seller levels are determined by rating points, with Titan Power Seller requiring a rating of 200,001 or higher.

How do withdrawals work at Kaleoz?

Minimum withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount varies by currency. Withdrawals to Malaysian banks are 20 MYR, via Tazapay 10 SGD and 100 PHP, to KASIKORNBANK 100 THB, and to Alipay 10 CNY.

Withdrawal fee

Withdrawal fees for Maybank, Public Bank, and CIMB Bank are 2 MYR. The withdrawal fee for KASIKORNBANK is 15 THB. The Alipay fee is 1% + 5 CNY. Tazapay's fee is 0.65% + 1.30 SGD in Singapore and 1.85% + 160 PHP in the Philippines. Techcombank's fee is 1.35% + 53,000 VND. Withdrawals to SEAGM Credits are free.

Stated withdrawal time

Withdrawals are processed Monday through Friday, with a cutoff time of 11:00 a.m. (GMT+8). Transfers to CIMB Bank and Alipay take 24 hours. Transfers to Maybank, Public Bank, KASIKORNBANK, and Techcombank take 1 to 3 business days. Transfers via Tazapay take 5 to 7 business days. No processing takes place on Malaysian public holidays.
