Wish I could give 0 stars this site is a total SCAM dont waste your time or money! When the seller takes back the account customer service will side with them every single time and believe whatever they say. I lost around $250 and now I'm warning everyone to use a different website. The whole site is just one big scam no matter if sellers have good ratings because those are just fake reviews from bots!!!! Don't say I didn't warn you when this happens to you too this website can't be trusted at all!

Bought an account on the platform that got banned after only a couple days for spoofing. The seller obviously used cheating software which caused the ban. Even though I explained the situation several times with evidence, support rejected my complaint. The worst part: live chat support actually agreed I should get refunded during our conversation - but then they sided with the seller anyway. Would not recommend buying accounts here. When something goes wrong, you have no protection - even when you have solid proof. Won't be using them again!

Don't usually write reviews but just had to say how amazing Tim from customer service was. He seriously went way beyond what was needed to make sure I got my order. As soon as I messaged about a problem, he was super nice, really paying attention and taking action - sending me updates the whole time. You don't find customer service this real and helpful very often. Thanks again Tim! You made everything so easy and much better than expected.

Purchased a Fortnite account and used it for like 4 weeks then original owner took it back. Couldnt update the email for another month even tho i followed all their security advice. Contacted support for my money back but they said too much time passed and only gave me $5 store credit... Spent over $40 on the account plus extra for V bucks ingame. Total waste of money dont trust them
