Reviewers are split on the odds, with several enjoying the site and receiving giveaway prizes while more say they got skins worth far less than they spent. A few report bans, blocked withdrawals or unreturned skins that support ignored. Recent reviews are mostly negative.

Been using hellcase for a few months now. The site itself is pretty smooth and easy to use, but the odds feel really low compared to just buying stuff directly in cs2. Won some decent stuff occasionally but mostly got dissapointed. Not terrible, just not great either.
Been playing on Hellcase for years now and something just doesn't add up. How come the accounts with promo codes in their usernames are ALWAYS the ones walking away with the expensive stuff and beating everyone else?? That's way too suspicious to just be coincidence, this site does not feel legit at all.
deposit was easy but then they make you do kyc before you can actually use it which is annoying. wouldnt recommend
Scam website I had to cancel my trade and now they wont return my skin back to me. Ticket 539407 ive given them everything they asked for and support just ignores it and doesnt want to help at all
Can't withdraw funds and their prices are outdated
