What is GamerMarkt’s refund policy?

GamerMarkt accounts are covered by one of two types of warranty. The Term Warranty covers the 14 days following a sale. If GamerMarkt confirms an issue, the full amount will be refunded to your GamerMarkt balance. Under the Limited Warranty, no refund is issued, and GamerMarkt provides only legal support against the seller. Sellers must deliver the account within 24 hours of payment. If this deadline is missed, the buyer can cancel the transaction and receive a refund of the payment amount.

What does it cost to buy on GamerMarkt?

GamerMarkt does not charge a fee when you top up your balance. If the payment provider deducts a fee, the amount will be displayed on the top-up page before payment. Deposits made via credit card are credited to your balance immediately.

GamerMarkt's commission rate is 5% for CS2 items and skins. For all other listings, the rate is 15%. Sellers enter the amount they want to earn, and the system calculates the listing price by adding the commission. Buyers do not need to pay any additional fees beyond the listed price.
