I paid for items that I never received and the seller straight up lied about it then had the nerve to try marking the order as complete even though they didn't give me anything

What is Gameflip’s refund policy?

Every purchase is covered by the Gameflip Guarantee automatically, and refunds go to your original payment method. Two deadlines run against you. You have 3 days from the item being marked received to open a dispute, and 48 business hours to answer any request for more information, or the claim can be denied.

It is not a product warranty, and it does not cover anything delivered by escrowed bot trade, on the grounds that those trades are already guaranteed to match the listing.

What does it cost to buy on Gameflip?

A payment processing fee of $1.00 plus 6% in the US and $1.00 plus 7% everywhere else, on card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Skrill. Stablecoin deposits over Ethereum carry no Gameflip fee, only the network's own gas. The fee is charged on the amount actually taken from your payment method, so any cash balance or promotional credit is spent first and shrinks it. Nothing is charged on failed payments or refunds.

What does it cost to sell?

Selling costs 12% on digital goods and 10% on physical ones, plus a fixed fee of $0.10 to $0.80 by price band. The headline rate is built from an 8% commission, a 2% partner fee, and a further 2% digital fee on codes, skins and gift cards. The fixed fee is $0.10 below $20, then $0.20 up to $39.99, $0.40 up to $79.99, and $0.80 above $80. Listing is free and nothing is charged until the buyer confirms the purchase. Subscription plans reduce the rate for high-volume sellers by an amount the site does not publish.

How do withdrawals work at Gameflip?

Minimum withdrawal

It depends on the method. Skrill is $10, and Payoneer, Bitcoin and the stablecoins USDT and USDC are all $100. Below the threshold the method is simply listed as not available rather than reduced.

Withdrawal fee

Payoneer costs 1.50% plus $2, Skrill 2.00% plus $2, the stablecoins 2.50% plus $2, and Bitcoin 3.00% plus $2. Gameflip states plainly that these exclude whatever the bank or payout provider deducts at the other end, and Payoneer's and Skrill's own charges vary by country and currency. USDC withdrawals also pay Ethereum gas.

Stated withdrawal time

It depends on the method, and it starts only after your balance clears. Payoneer takes 2 to 5 days, Skrill 24 to 72 hours, Bitcoin 20 minutes to 6 hours once a batch picks it up, and USDC a few minutes to 6 hours. Bitcoin payouts are batched Monday to Thursday only, 8am to 12pm PST. Requests held by the fraud system are reviewed within 24 hours on business days.

Before any of this, sale proceeds sit pending from a few hours up to several days depending on your account history, and linking a Payoneer account for the first time takes up to 5 business days.
