Been using G2G for a while now. Just stick with sellers who have good ratings and verified badges. Never had issues. Fast delivery, prices are competitive. Do your homework on the seller before buying and you'll be golden. Recommended!

I tried buying an account from HellenWong who is one of their top sellers but I messed up and sent payment in USDT instead of USDC. Both are pegged to USD so same value but the system didnt recognize it since it was expecting USDC so my order got cancelled. The crypto did arrive in their wallet tho. I contacted HellenWong and said I can either get refunded (ill cover all their fees) and pay again in USDC or just complete the trade with what they already got if they dont mind. The seller barely speaks english and I only got generic replies like "pls contact g2g support for payment issue" and now they wont respond anymore. G2G support has been completely useless. They take forever to reply and keep asking for info Ive already given them multiple times. They tried to educate me that a "blockchain number" is 66 symbols long when I already sent them the txid (which is what they meant) 3 times already. So now my moneys gone, no product, and neither the seller or support will help. Scammed by both basically. Thanks for protecting scammers g2g. Never using this site again avoid at all costs. I know you cant access their wallet but I was hoping you could at least mediate and explain the situation to them since its obviously a whole sales team not just one person so someone there must have access to the wallet and can make decisions.

bought gpt account for 6 months but after 10 days the account stop working

The carry service was ok, but I paid an extra $5 for armor stocks and turns out I only got one piece that matched my armor type, buyers beware!

G2G is full of scammers dont go there. when you buy gold or items, if your account doesnt get banned you will see how they scam people there. support is terrible they use bots not real people and they dont care about customers at all

great service. i bought 911 operator key but the seller sent me other game key instead. luckily, my money is still held by gamerprotect, so i can file a complain until i received the right one

Purchased streams but they never appeared on the chart we agreed on. Got no explanation and then several days of getting the runaround with responses like 'send the link again', 'what's your ticket number', etc. The ticket & order details were already posted in our chat by the seller. If the order is too large just be upfront about it instead of wasting time. Update- the seller reached out to me and said they will resolve this.

Just wanted to say that G2G.com is amazing for buying games, especially when you want an alternative to steam, ubisoft, epic games and other platforms. Really recommend checking this site out if you're trying to save money and want a game you've been wanting. I recently picked up Assassin's Creed Origins Digital Key for a great price (around $7.50 with fees). Been using G2G for over 4 years now with zero problems, got scammed one time but they refunded me right away.

Good service from the supplier. But I bought a $25 steam global card even though I'm in the UK. Kept trying to enter the code multiple times but got the same error every time. Now I'm confused about my mistake and would like a refund if the supplier replies to my messages.

Got exactly what was advertised. Seller communicated well throughout the process and was transparent. Only downside was it took longer than I thought - about 5hrs instead of the 2hrs mentioned. Not your best option if you need something super quick, but definitely recommend if you value reliability and trustworthiness over speed.

Writing this as a new customer to share my experience. Made my purchase and got quick communication from the seller through chat at first, which was reassuring as someone buying for the first time. They said delivery would happen soon, but after waiting more than 9 hours with no updates, I ended up canceling. The seller did reach out to me in-game later that same day and offered compensation for the problems, though it would've been better if they'd just sent a quick message explaining the delay or any issues they were having.
