Most reviewers say support is quick and helpful. Reviewers are split on withdrawals, with several reporting fast payouts and others saying a deposit or full wager was required before cashing out winnings. A few say a winning bet was never paid.

been using csgobig for a few months now and honestly pretty happy with it... the odds seem fair compared to other sites ive tried and when i had an issue with a deposit their support actually helped me out quickly. would definitely recommend if youre into csgo gambling
Support team came through big time for me. Got hit with a reward ban that wasn't even my fault, but their support actually sorted it out in less than a day. They even threw in a bonus to make up for the hassle. If you're into CS2 stuff, big is definitely worth checking out.
They lure you in by offering 3 free credits to test out the platform. Sounds like a decent deal at first glance. Wrong. Even when you actually win something, they won't let you cash out any skins unless you put your own money in first.
Awful experience with this company. Won my bet but they wouldnt pay out what I was owed and then had the nerve to threaten me when I complained. Fraudulent business with terrible support team.
They give you 5 free credits to try out their platform as a promotion. Sounds good right? Wrong. Even if you actually win something with those credits you still can't withdraw anything without making a deposit first. Pretty misleading if you ask me.
