Been using cs.deals for a good while now and have moved a serious amount of money through sales on there. Every time ive needed support they've been super helpful and on point. Genuinely one of the most trustworthy and legit platforms out there. - A seller who's crossed the 100k mark in sales

When my bank informed me that I'd input the wrong SWIFT code for withdrawing my funds, I got really worried that my money was gone for good. Thankfully, 'Jambo' helped me out. They were super patient and supportive throughout the whole process of getting my international bank transfer sorted. Even though I messed up the SWIFT code, the money somehow still showed up in my account around when it was supposed to. No idea how that worked out, but I'm definitely not complaining! I felt like I should leave this review as a way to say thanks to CS.Deals. If you're on the fence about using them, just know that you'll probably struggle to find a better site for buying and selling your Steam skins.

Your money at CS.Deals

Read from the site's own pages and terms. Where a site publishes nothing, we say so.

CS.Deals withholds funds until the trade is delivered via trade offer. They do not offer a refund if you purchased the wrong item, float or the price changed after the trade. All trades are final. They only offer refunds if there was an error in their system such as a double charge, balance never showing up on your account, or an item that never gets delivered. In most cases these are handled the same day, and card refunds take 1 to 7 business days to show up. If you added funds using a credit card, you may get a full refund within 24 hours if none of it was spent (no partial refund). If you or the seller reverses a trade, this can get the account banned with balance and items kept to cover the loss.

If you sell on CS.Deals

The small print

5 clauses in CS.Deals's terms that take or hold back money you have paid or earned.

After 365 days with no login, deposit, withdrawal, trade or listing, CS.Deals can charge a USD 10 monthly inactivity fee against your balance and sell the items in your on-site inventory at a price it sets.

If you reverse, cancel or dispute a completed trade, or file a chargeback, CS.Deals can ban the account and keep the balance and items in it to cover the loss.

Your account and balance stay frozen until you provide whatever identity or source-of-funds documents CS.Deals asks for.

CS.Deals' total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 3 months or USD 100, whichever is greater.

A card deposit can only be refunded in full, within 24 hours, and only if none of it has been spent; once any part is used, no refund.
