My orders keep getting cancelled by sellers and the worst part is they wont let me withdraw my money that i deposited, so now i got funds just sitting there locked on the site doing nothing. And when i try to spend what i already have on something close to my balance, it makes me deposit the minimum amount again.. so basically im just stuck in this never ending loop of having to keep depositing more money. Really frustrating honestly.

I've had problems with my refund balance after several sellers didn't deliver their orders, and I'm also having trouble with the identity verification process needed to withdraw funds. Refunds depend on who reverses the trade in Steam. If the seller reverses it, the buyer gets a full refund. If the buyer reverses it, there is no refund, and the seller is still paid.
A deposit can be refunded, but only the whole amount. The deposit fee is not returned.
