❌TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE❌Purchased an account but never got the login info. Been contacting support for 3 days and they keep telling me they already sent the details to my email but I never received anything. Support takes like 12 hours to respond each time

What is ArcticBoost’s refund policy?
You can get a full refund on orders that have not yet started. For orders in progress, you may get a refund for the part not yet done. Their own example: an order 70% completed will be refunded by 30%.
Refunds are always processed to the same payment method used initially. Anything not covered by their ToS is handled on a per-case basis. For instance, Arcticboost may convert the order to use a different coach.
For customer-initiated refunds, a ~5% processing fee applies, charged by the payment processor.
