My first purchase of a skin went fine.After that though,I couldnt withdraw my item for about 10 hours, I get that you had server issues and sometimes thats not Bitskins fault but Steam.However if this happens too much,you will lose many customers,myself included and I dont want that to happen since ive been using Bitskins for around 7 years,and I assume you dont want that either.Best regards

Their checkout system doesn't display the complete price you'll actually pay. When you click "Buy now" and choose to pay with something like PayPal, you get hit with extra payment fees that are NOT shown in the price (these fees are only mentioned in small text somewhere). They expect customers to calculate the total cost (item price + fees) themselves. This practice violates B2C consumer protection rules in most countries and is extremely frustrating for buyers. At the end of the day, we need to see the exact amount that will be taken from our account and nothing more.
