made my first purchase and the item never showed up, i verified the payment went through but contacted support multiple times with zero response from them. i highly recommend doing your research before buying anything from them
The float sorting system is really bad, when I unstack all Battle-Scarred skins (for example), it doesn't show them by float value like it should. Instead it just shows them randomly which makes no sense.
Terrible experience! They basically stole my money! I deposited funds but then couldn't purchase anything at all. Support is useless - waited over 3 hours just to get a reply. After 48 hours they told me no refund possible, only option was transferring my balance to their trade section with some 35% bonus. Problem is the skin prices in trade section are like 50% more expensive than regular section. So I ended up losing a big chunk of my money anyway. Don't ever use this site!
Service is basically perfect, everything happens in like 15 seconds max. One thing that would be nice is if you could trade or sell stuff that's still sitting in your Tradeit inventory after buying. The markup is definitely there and it's quite big - I get they probably can't help it but yeah, still not great to see those prices.
