Sold my rust skins using their instant cashout feature and the money from my skins got automatically transferred to some Donate to Ukraine thing. Never received my funds and when I contacted support they were absolutely useless.
been using dmarket for a few months now and honestly its pretty solid for getting skins... the prices are usually better than what you find on steam market and the selection is huge. i've bought a bunch of csgo and dota items without any issues. the transaction process is smooth, stuff shows up in my inventory pretty quick. only had to wait like 5-10 mins max which is way better than some other sites i've tried before. customer support answered my question about a trade hold situation within a day which was nice. definitely recommend if you're looking to upgrade your inventory without breaking the bank
KYC process is absolutely awful, i just wanted to sell some skins and cash out but they want to know everything about where i got them and how. even gambling sites dont ask this many questions
The site advertises direct item trading but when you deposit your items it takes about 25 minutes then the trade fails and you dont receive the items you wanted. Your items get locked in their system for a week. Support has confirmed they will continue showing misleading information, it took me around 15 minutes to locate where they actually explained that item-for-item trades just get deposited into bots instead of real trading like they show during the process. If these were physical items I could pursue legal action, since these are digital goods I need to research first whether EU laws even cover this. Anyone wanting to trade here should know that prices can change while your items are locked, I'll post an update if they make any unfair price adjustments to my deposited items since they could easily abuse this by lowering values during the lock period.
