this site is complete garbage they claim average wait time is 1 hour but ive been sitting here for over a day now the seller BloxVerse is literally the slowest scammer ever i could see him online and he just ignored me completely i need my refund immediately!!!

I bought a Genshin Impact reroll account from ZeusX. When I bought it they told me I could change the password after playing for a while, but nobody bothered to mention that until then someone else who had the login info before could still get into the account.16 days after buying it, and I still couldn't change the password, someone accessed my account from devices that aren't mine (iPhone 13, iPhone 15.5, MS-7E07). They used up my saved resources in the game, set the birthday, and changed a bunch of account stuff like my in-game ID and party setup.I'm a Korean user and I only log in from my own devices. I definitely didn't make any of these changes.I reached out to both the seller and ZeusX support with proof of what happened. Their response? No refunds and no compensation whatsoever.Just posting this so other people know what they're getting into when they buy accounts that you can't even secure right away.

Total scam lol, support team are literally thieves. Don't waste your money here.

been using ZeusX for years now and honestly its the best site ive found for this stuff everyone is super quick to respond and i always trust the sellers great website never had any issues at all

customer support responds really quick and they have good buyer protection. refunds are processed fast and sellers are always polite

Bought from Zeusx and Zenith shop and when I checked the account it was inactive for like 3 weeks but they said it was sold only a week ago. Complete scammers. The account should be active for at least a week not 3 whole weeks. Couldn't even find where to report this on their site. Awful experience.

Seller "Hellen Wong" lied to me about having my order in stock. When I asked beforehand she told me "yes" but turns out she didnt have it at all. She made me wait around 45 minutes then just disappeared and stopped responding. I eventually gave up waiting and had to request a refund. How long do refunds usually take to process?

Had a good experience with this distributor it was fast and easy. No issues at all and support info was available when I needed it. Would recommend to other buyers looking for these services. Just make sure you go with a reputable seller so you dont have to deal with refund hassles.

The seller was really persistent and made sure I got everything I ordered. Despite some issues we ran into along the way.
