Bought from Zeusx and Zenith shop and when I checked the account it was inactive for like 3 weeks but they said it was sold only a week ago. Complete scammers. The account should be active for at least a week not 3 whole weeks. Couldn't even find where to report this on their site. Awful experience.
Seller "Hellen Wong" lied to me about having my order in stock. When I asked beforehand she told me "yes" but turns out she didnt have it at all. She made me wait around 45 minutes then just disappeared and stopped responding. I eventually gave up waiting and had to request a refund. How long do refunds usually take to process?
Had a good experience with this distributor it was fast and easy. No issues at all and support info was available when I needed it. Would recommend to other buyers looking for these services. Just make sure you go with a reputable seller so you dont have to deal with refund hassles.
Purchased an account but the seller never sent the login details. Fortunately got my money back, though I was worried I got scammed because support took 48 hours to look at my case. Would be nice if support could handle these situations a bit quicker!
