Purchased an account but it won't find any games. According to their refund policy, if an account can't find games then they issue a refund. I've tried reaching out through live chat, email, and calling them (phone line is always busy though). It's been over 36 hours and I haven't gotten any response from support. I'll update this review if they actually help me out.

Complete scam. Paid $35 for Dota 2 account that was supposed to be instant delivery according to their site. They just took my money and went silent. No response at all.

I spent around 320 dollars on an account and had a long experience with it. At first i was really hesitant because when you buy a steam account you never truly own it since the original owner can always recover it with their original email and phone number etc. But the dota 2 team was very supportive and they assured me this wouldnt happen with them. So i purchased an account with premium warranty (1 week refund if no ranked games are played). I got it mainly for the cosmetics. Pretty quickly i realized that i actually love my main account even without all the fancy skins and i got scared so i asked for a refund. The refund process took longer than the actual purchase and i thought it wouldnt happen but those incredible guys not only gave me back the full account price but also refunded the warranty fee. I cannot emphasize enough how secure it is to purchase from them. Its difficult at first but in the end it was an excellent experience. Plus i got to try out the awesome cosmetic experience for several days which was enough to satisfy my curiosity. Highly recommend.

Needed a Dota 2 account and this service mostly delivered. Hit a snag right at the start cause the first account info was wrong somehow. But gotta give props to their support, they jumped on it super fast and had it all straightened out with a working account in maybe an hour? Pretty quick fix. These things can be glitchy sometimes so i get it. That initial problem is the only reason it's not a full 5 stars, needed a bit more polish maybe. But yeah, ultimately they came through, so if you're after a Dota 2 account, they're worth checking out.
