Terrible experience with them. Asked for a refund to my original payment method but they kept making excuses. Finally they said "we did it, everything is fine" - that was 18 days ago and I'm still waiting for my money. They deliberately put it as site credit instead. Support guy Kraxor was very rude and even their manager couldn't process a proper refund. Avoid!
