The games and website itself are pretty entertaining. BUT the customer service is awful. If you run into any problems with deposits like your payment processes but the coins don't show up on your account immediately, expect to wait forever or maybe never get it fixed. This happened to me 3 days back and all I've gotten from support is "we'll get back to you" with no actual help or updates. There's nothing really special about RustMagic compared to other options out there, so dealing with this kind of risk just isn't worth it in my opinion.
I like using RustMagic overall but there's definitely room for improvement on some stuff- The cases and case battles work pretty well, but it'd be better if they showed your actual winnings like Empire does instead of the marked up prices- Honestly the house games like mines just aren't fun to play. They're really slow and don't feel rewarding at all. Also the 10% house edge is way too steep, should be closer to 6% imo. The whole thing needs an overhaul tbh. It should instantly show results when you click tiles (even multiple ones) kinda like the upgrader but with nicer animations. And add bigger grid options like other sites have, makes the gameplay way more interesting with more variety. The roulette animation is kinda janky and could use some work to make it run smootherAlso for the affiliate rewards and community case commissions, lower the minimum claim to 0.1 instead of 1, just makes things easier
Been using this site for about 8 months now and its fantastic! Never encountered any problems and whenever I need help the support team is super helpful. Definitely the best site for Rust players out there!
Account got restricted so I contacted support to find out why. They claimed "You've claimed more coins than your total deposits, complete KYC verification to remove restriction." Sent me to sumsub for verification which I completed fully. When I told them I finished, they suddenly permanently banned me and kept my balance... saying "After further review of your account you are banned." After pressing them more, support admitted they just wanted my personal info and lied about the KYC solving anything. When I asked specifically how I supposedly abused their reward system, they just ended the chat without answering.
