Got chat banned for speaking another language when there's literally no rule saying English only. Asked the mod about it and they got all sarcastic with me, even hit me with "Sure. Enjoy your 10,000 minute mute." Like seriously? That's how you talk to users?They tried justifying it with some "Republic of Ireland law" nonsense and their own internal expectations - but none of that is actually written in the chat rules anywhere. It's confusing as hell and just feels like they're making up reasons to mute whoever they want. Totally biased and unfair.I thought a platform this big would have better communication and more professional staff. If you're gonna restrict languages, at least PUT IT IN THE ACTUAL RULES. Punishing people based on rules that don't exist is ridiculous.I've got screenshots of everything - the conversation and the mute - saved if anyone wants to see proof.

i had over 900 coins in my account and everything was fine until one day they banned me for supposedly having multiple accounts. thing is i only ever had one account so they basically just took my $950 and thats it

Tried to withdraw a skin but got an error message. The trade has been stuck pending for nearly a week now and when I contacted their support team they just told me "Nothing we can do about it." Absolutely terrible experience with any case opening site and their customer service is even worse.
