Purchased a $95 account from Mrbull and everything worked perfectly for about 3-4 months... then the email domain I was given for the account went inactive. Now my account is completely unusable and I've lost all the additional money I put into it after buying. Tried contacting Mrbull multiple times but got no response initially. If you're considering buying from this seller make sure you get a legitimate email with an active domain, don't make the same mistake I did.EDIT: Mrbull finally got back to me but said they couldn't fix the problem without giving any details why. Purchasing from this seller will leave you with a broken account and terrible support when problems arise.EDIT 2: I never requested a refund from Mrbull or Playswap, I just wanted help fixing the email domain issue. Playswap's reaction to this review is concerning - instead of trying to help resolve the problem they got defensive and mentioned refunds when I never even brought that up... I buy gacha accounts regularly but won't be using this platform again. Would suggest trying other sites like EpicNPC or ZeusX instead.
