Absolute waste of time and money... been trying to withdraw my skins for over a week now and nothing works. contacted support and they just sent me some copy paste response that didnt even adress my problem. tried again and got ignored completley. feels like once they have your money they just dont care anymore... would not recommend this site to anyone
Honestly be warned, something feels really off with the odds on this site. They claim everything is fair and verified but every single time theres a bot involved in a case battle it somehow always comes out on top. On top of that ive lost 7 times straight on the 2x and 1.5x multipliers, and those are supposed to have 45% and 59% chances of winning. Doesnt really feel that "provably fair" to me tbh.
honestly this site is amazing for getting cs2 skins and i genuinely think key-drop.com is the best place out there for it. love that they got 24/7 support and everything you need is right there on the site, super convenient. really hoping they keep adding more cool stuff in the future!! also sorry if my english isnt the best lol but hopefully you get what im saying 😄
I put in 2.2k using an affiliate code from Forg1 and was meant to get into his giveaways. Guess what? Didn't get entered into ANY of his giveaways OR the main site ones (Wild Lotus AK-47, AWP Desert Hydra and others).Customer support was absolutely useless - they just kept sending me the same copy paste responses over and over without actually reading what my issue was.Bottom line: Key-Drop blocked me from EVERY giveaway that I should've had access to, gave me zero explanation, just automated copy-paste garbage from what seemed like a bot.For the record I've been using this site regularly since 2024
