I purchased a skin and things seemed fine at first until the other person reversed the trade, so now I'm stuck with no money, no skin, and HaloSkins won't give me a refund either. Great job guys! All I got from support was some vague advice like "Now just wait couple hours for reverse notification, if not coming, can repeat log in with Steam"
Pretty quick most of the time, but I ordered 30 cases in bulk and none of them went through at first, gonna give it a day and update how it turns out

Once you deposit money and the item gets bought, their support won't refund back to your card which is unlike other big trusted trading sites so good luck if you try purchasing something that's no longer available!
Terrible site with horrible customer support, they lock your funds until the item you want gets sold. Contacted support team and waited 3 days with no reply at all.
Purchased around 12 dollars of items and received this message "Your account has been deactivated due to suspicious Steam account activity, please contact customer service for questions". Now I cant access my account at all. And what did customer support tell me? Absolutely nothing. They either dont respond or just say they dont know how to fix it. Just another garbage site.
I sent money and it just disappeared with no response from anyone. I have my payment confirmation from the bank but there's nobody to contact about this. Completely scammed me
