had a problem with an order and left a bad review yesterday but honestly they turned it around super fast. got an email about my refund being processed within like a day and they apologized which was nice. part of it was my fault tho cause i had trouble reading the tracking number and might have given them the wrong one at first. but flamingo shop responded really quick once everything was sorted so changing my rating to 5 stars
You can't win anything here. Lost my whole 50 bucks, opened tons of cases and did about 12 upgrades with chances between 8-30% and got absolutely nothing. Every single case was a loss and all upgrades failed too. Never seen such terrible odds before. You're gonna lose everything, they just take your money. Awful experience overall
