When it comes to payments, sometimes I receive them instantly, other times they go pending or need approval. But my overall experience is definitely 5 stars. Thank you!

Gameflip how much longer do I have to wait for my account? Your customer service is terrible. All you do is say you'll forward me to the specialized team. Im sick of getting no real answers from you people. I just want my account restored. My username begins with KL..ZZ

Been selling on Gameflip for a while now and I'm really frustrated with the persistent problems that just don't get fixed. A huge issue is that other sellers - usually the big volume ones - copy your listing photos and use them in their own posts. I've reported this several times but Gameflip completely ignores it and doesn't respond to support tickets.What makes it worse is these larger sellers constantly spam the platform with listings throughout the day, posting dozens or even hundreds of identical items. This buries everyone else's posts so deep that smaller sellers like me can barely get any visibility. It makes the whole marketplace unfair and destroys any chance of fair competition.Gameflip really needs to start enforcing their own rules and create an equal opportunity environment for all sellers. Right now this platform only benefits a small group of users while completely disregarding valid complaints from everyone else.

I decided to try this site for an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate code. After purchasing, the code arrived via email but when I tried to redeem it, it wouldn't work. I attempted activation on my PC first, then my Xbox console, and finally my phone - none of them accepted the code. The code was defective. When I opened a dispute, the seller responded asking for my Xbox account details so they could "fix it for me"... like I would actually give them my login info. I've now filed a proper dispute but they're telling me I need to wait 48 hours for a resolution. Meanwhile I'm out the money I spent and still can't get online with my Xbox. My advice to anyone considering this website would be to skip it entirely. Even if they offer discounted prices, you're better off just going to an actual store to purchase what you need.

keeps logging me out frequently but its pretty user friendly overall

Been with Gameflip for around 5 years now. Started out buying CS:GO items and now I use it for various games plus gift cards. The good experiences I've had far outweigh the one bad experience I encountered during all this time. If you haven't tried the app yet, definitely give it a go - you're missing out on a solid platform!

Don't trust this site. I put money into my account but when I tried to buy something I got blocked from purchasing. Added even more funds and still couldn't buy anything, not even a $10 item. When I asked for my money back they take forever to respond and it seems like they only refund to some cash app or similar account which is sketchy.
