Horrible service , they scam me and they didn’t help me at all with all the proofs I gave them , they do not answer me on the tickets or on the support service ! AVOID THOSE SCAMMERS
Wish I could add zero stars ! Horrible service ! It’s been more than 3 months that I’m trying with a problem I had , they retrieved an account that I bought from them , I gave every possible proof needed and they aren’t even answering and if they do answer they take 2-3 weeks for every answer and they aren’t helping at all ! I got every proof all the chats with the support team and everything ! Please if you can avoid them , avoid them!!!
I am a seller and did not violate the exchange's rules. However, as soon as my balance reached approximately $200, the exchange immediately blocked my account. Support is not responding; they are ignoring me. It’s a scam exchange. I do not recommend dealing with this site.

Whenever there's an issue it gets sorted out super fast, and if there's ever anything I need to work out with a buyer, they jump in to help right away. Overall, it's been really solid.
I was wrongly banned for "suspicious activity" even though I had thousands going through my account and hundreds just sitting in my balance. Eventually got everything sorted out and they lifted the ban, but their support takes forever to respond and acts totally unprofessional.Also if you're an English speaker trying to sell or buy stuff, good luck doing anything unless you understand some Russian.
