Due to a technical issue, I lost access to the funds on my account as a buyer. Reason: When enabling two-factor authentication via TOTP, they do not provide backup codes. When I lost access to my TOTP app, I couldn’t reset it through the website. I had to contact support, where, in the name of “fraud prevention,” they asked me to send a photo of my internet card against the background of my screen — even though I only needed to reset the TOTP code.Since I can’t provide a photo of my internet card, I offered instead to send $0.50 from the crypto wallet I previously used for payments to prove that I’m the legitimate owner.At the same time, I still have access to my email and I’m logged into the account, but I can’t make any purchases because TOTP is required — and there’s a $35 balance stuck on the account.Additionally, support responds with at least a 2-day delay, which makes resolving the issue even harder.

Really good site and very easy to use, i can get everything for good prices here, and they protect you from scammers so other people dont get scammed. The support team is great too and they respond very quickly.

Terrible Russian site - once you have a cancelled transaction you can't get your money back no matter what withdrawal method you try. Stay away from this place completely

Pure Scam, i top up my balance, 5 minutes after i got my account suspended with no reason, they say they will refund my balance in 2026 lol wtf is this

Excellent site

I purchased a PUBG account for $180 and it got recovered after 3 days. When I submitted a support ticket asking for help to see if there was anything that could be done about getting my money back, I ended up getting suspended from the platform instead? I never got any response or explanation for why I was banned. I know getting scammed isn't necessarily the site's fault since its individual users selling, but when I reach out for support and get banned without any reason given, that's pretty concerning. I'm positive I didn't violate any terms or rules. Would not recommend using this platform.

Been using this site since late 2023 and it's really honest site. Always had good experience with them.

Everything works well overall - buying items is straightforward and the escrow system gives buyers security to check everything before payment goes through. Only giving 4 stars because the fees on top of seller prices are pretty high, they should make them more reasonable.

been both buying game currencies and selling my boosting services/gaming account on funpay. mostly smooth sailing, except once when i bought this dirt cheap WoW account and the seller reclaimed it after 2 months which was a total bummer. they banned the guy from funpay but didnt give me any money back. otherwise pretty decent experience overall
