took my money but the order still hasnt been donethey keep asking me for a BACK-UP CODE saying the one i gave is wrong or expired, something about it needing to be 8 digits like:123456782234567832345678and want me to refresh the codes and send a new list... its been a whole thing just to get started honestly

Complete garbage platform

Zero stars if I could give it. Ordered 7500 dice over a day ago and still haven't received anything. Their site claims delivery in 1-2 hours but that's obviously false advertising. Customer support was useless - just gave me generic responses with no actual help. I've requested a refund several times with no response.I'm out money for dice that never showed up and wasted over 20 hours waiting around. Totally unprofessional and frustrating experience. Will never be using EZG again.
