This site is very bad. I have been member since March 2019 and had a lot of bad experiences, with Michael Duff, que Community Manager of MMOBay LLC, que real name of the company, and all bad administrators and moderators there. They have rules and policies very ridiculous. They request have access to the accounts to not be considered a Middleman service. I'm a big seller on PlayerUp with 170 positive feedbacks, 0 negative since January 2017. On PlayerUp it not happens, you can get a buyer and then get the access, remove the owner's access and link it to the buyer, I did it thousands of times on PlayerUp. They request access to the accounts, which reduces a lot the amount of accounts I can publish in the site, as few owners want give access to the account before find a buyer. In a lot of games is not possible duplicate the account, so it reduces the help of sellers like me who help the owners to sell their accounts and the only thing I can do is tell them publish their own thread and then use me as middleman. They consider that if I have access to the account is not a middleman service, when I can talk with the buyer by Discord, create a Discord group with the owner and do the sale there, acting as middleman, is not important if I have access or I not have access before find the buyer. I have 150 accounts for sale on PlayerUp, on EpicNPC I only had 30. PlayerUp is 90% of the market of the game I maintly sell (Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes), EpicNPC is a very small part because of this rule basically. They have very bad moderators like Kai, Adoxia, Angel, Goodman, Futen and others were continuosly disturbing me, deleting my thread and neededing publish it again, because they were saying I was doing a middleman service, when I had published only accounts I own with Trade Guardian activated in all threads, and the main administrator, Michael Duff, confirmed was all good, he has read the thread and he did some editions himself, buy every 2 weeks I was receiving a warning or directly the deletion of the thread, which I got restored few hours later because they verified with the main admin that was correct. Every moderator has a new criteria and one time Kai banned me without a reson, during 1 entire month, as first he sent me a warning about is needed have access to the accounts to be able to publish it, something that no one was doing there, I reported another guy named Sorvi who had 14 accounts which he not has access, as I contacted directly with the owners and they confirmed it. He only removed a few accounts of these 14 accounts and then I reported it again, but Michael Duff said that I can't report again the same thread or the same accounts, which has no sense, as he still had published accounts he not has access, but again strange policies from this crazy site. I recommend you use PlayerUp, G2G, PlaySwap or Player Auction, are much more better, infinite better, you will not have problems there.More examples of their bad criteria, policies and admins:
I received 2 fake feedbacks, saying that I deleted the account, and EpicNPC said that they not investigate off-site sales, so they not removed it. On PlayerUp they investigated it and got removed, as I had proof very clear that the buyer is who did it, but they don't care, they keep saying "we not investigate disputes if Trade Guardian has not been used". They don't care about help the sellers against scammers.Few time later I got banned 10 days because I was replying the feedbacks to at least tell the truth, with the proof that generated the feedback be removed on PlayerUp, so they not allow reply the negative feedbacks telling the truth, probably because they don't like I talk about PlayerUp, they prefer keep a fake feedback than remove it or let me explain the truth. As they banned me, I requested a refund of my pinned thread, I had 2 months purchased, not wanted continue doing business there and they banned permanently saying that I scammed, when simply I'm requesting a refund of a service I'm not using because my user is banned. So they allow negative feedbacks of off-site sales, but they not investigate off-site sales. I said him that this is not correct, they should not allow negative feedbacks in off-site sales if they not investigate them, they replied with another crazy argument, saying that then they should not allow the positive feedbacks neither, when would be possible simply not allow the negative and continue allowing the the positive. This site is very bad, Michael Duff, the owner, is very crazy and bad person. The policies he did are ridiculos and all rules he did are a nonsense. All his moderators are useless, only disturbing. They not respect the work of big sellers with me with a perfect reputation and thousands of accounts sold, only in this game (SWGoH) I have 2500 accounts sold, so 5000 satisfied costumers, but during these year they have been continuosly disturbing harming my activity, when I was someone paying monthly a pinned thread and who was using Trade Guardian sometimes, used it 2 or 3 times in last months, so I was someone generating money for them, but they not respected my job, they preferred believe a scammer than check my proof, or they banned me because of the refunds I requested, I don't know, but this site is really bad and if you are a seller I recommend you don't waste your time there and use PlayerUp, G2G, PlaySwap and Player Auctions to publish your accounts.
Been using epicnpc for about 6 years now. Never had any problems and no one ever reported me for any deals. Everything was going smooth, no warnings or disputes at all, then out of nowhere my account gets banned and the reason they give is "banned @Mina". I'm really confused about what happened here! Something seems off but I cant figure out what. Anyone know what this means?
