Duelbits targets winning players and cuts them off. Yeah they got decent slot tournaments but the second you actually win something they restrict your account and lock you out of all promos. Happened to me after I took down a tourney back in October - they restricted me but at least paid out after I did KYC. Can still deposit and play but with zero promotions, not that I bother anymore.Thought I could still get action on the UFC jackpots at least, and for a while when I cashed small amounts they'd drop some bits into my account. But this week I finished second place and now they're straight up refusing to pay me, saying I'm not eligible for any winnings whatsoever. So basically they only want your money when you're losing, the moment you start winning they treat you like garbage. Anyone playing here needs to understand they're taking a real risk - if you actually win something meaningful there's a solid chance they just won't pay you. Stay away.

The single star is just for fast withdrawals. I would never recommend this casino to anybody. RTP is terrible here, they dont give a damn about players, they will take your deposits constantly and hardly ever pay anything back, maybe after 150+ deposits you might see something. Dont expect any big wins from this place. Never bet high amounts, keep it as small as possible so you wont lose too much. Win rate is about 1:90 so dont think you'll win every time you put money in. Always remember you'll end up losing if you dont cash out whatever little you manage to make from your deposits. Most of the time you'll only win back double what you deposited, never more than that. Remember they only let you win back what you initially deposited and lost, basically you're just winning your own money back on this casino. So deposit carefully. Im still down money and cant get back what I lost. They even make the slots crash right before bonus rounds start. They will reset your slot game just when youre about to hit the bonus, its like they shuffle everything before the good part. Really bad casino especially slots and live dealer games. Please stay away from this casino if you can, this is my personal experience.

Havent had any issues with this site - sometimes withdrawals show as pending but you can just use the automated chat to resolve it and they process it right away. They offer the highest RTP possible for each slot game.But around 2 months ago they removed NoLimit City slots which were my favorites and what I played most. When I contacted support they said it was just a temporary issue affecting all casinos - but I knew that wasnt true because I was still playing NLC slots on other sites with no problems. Its been 2 months now and they still havent brought NoLimit slots back which is pretty dissapointing.
