lost 700 euros and they just disappeared when i tried to withdraw. support ignores my messages completely and my account is basically locked now. total scam don't waste your money like i did seriously regretting ever finding this site

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!Used CSFAIL one time before and everything went smooth, put in like 50 bucks and withdrew a 60 dollar skin no problem, but then they recently introduced cryptocurrency withdrawals so i figured id give it another shot and thats when everything went to shit!Put in 250 dollars, played my way up to around 300 and tried withdrawing via crypto but instead they hit me with KYC verification. Sent them everything they wanted and they straight up rejected my verification AND blocked my withdrawals completely, didnt even bother explaining why they denied it or banned me. Basically they scam you the moment you actually win something and hide behind their garbage terms of service that say they dont have to provide reasons for banning people or denying KYC requests. Ive literally never experienced such a BS set of rules or worse customer service, just straight up got scammed and they dont even try hiding it. Stay away from this site unless you want your money stolen!Edit: Reached out to support again after CSFail responded here and its like talking to a brick wall... absolutely terrible support team and website that refuses to actually help anyone...Their response claims my kyc had "severe problems" lmao what a complete joke of a website... ive done KYC verification plenty of times before and if somethings wrong they should let me resubmit! On top of that you guys ask for really weird stuff for what should be basic level verification and none of the requirements were even clear!
